Soft Spells is a small creative studio offering cozy, witchy lifestyle goods designed to bring softness, intention, and everyday magic into your personal rituals.
✨ Where are Soft Spells products made?
All apparel and accessories are printed and fulfilled through Printful. This allows us to offer high-quality products made on demand, reducing waste and supporting responsible production.
✨ How long does shipping take?
Because our items are printed on demand, shipping times may vary depending on your location. Most orders ship within 5–12 business days, depending on Printful production times and shipping carriers.
✨ Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide through Printful’s global fulfillment network. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your country.
✨ What is your return policy?
We accept returns for misprints, production issues, or damaged items. If something arrives incorrect or defective, please contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right. Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns based on sizing or preference.
✨ What if my order arrives damaged?
If something arrives damaged, please email us photos and your order number so we can quickly request a replacement through Printful.
✨ Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed automatically by Printful. If you reach out within 12 hours, we might be able to stop fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee cancellations once production begins.
✨ What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and secure online payments through Wix checkout.
✨ Are your items ethically made?
Soft Spells uses print-on-demand production, which means items are only made when ordered—reducing waste, overproduction, and unnecessary inventory. We aim to choose responsible product options whenever possible.
✨ Do collections sell out?
Because items are made on demand, we rarely “sell out.” However, collections are seasonal, so certain designs or colors may retire after a specific launch window.
