Soft Spells uses Printful for on-demand printing and fulfillment. Orders begin processing as soon as they are placed and may not be cancelled once production has started.

Shipping times vary based on Printful production schedules and your location.

All listed prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. We reserve the right to update pricing, shipping fees, or product details at any time without notice.

All payments are securely processed through Wix checkout.

✨ 6. Returns & Refunds

Because products are printed on demand, we only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos and your order number within 30 days so we can arrange a replacement.

We do not accept returns based on sizing or personal preference.

Colors may appear slightly different based on screen display settings, printing variations, or production changes. We aim to represent items as accurately as possible while celebrating a handmade, magical look and feel.
