A Return to Wonder

I loved rocks as a kid.

I loved how they felt in my hands, how each one seemed to hold a secret, a story, a kind of quiet magic.

Somewhere along the way, as I grew up, I learned to trade that sense of wonder for things that felt more serious.

More practical. More adult.

But here’s what I’ve come to realize: the most serious thing in life is keeping our soul alive.

Soft Spells - and this first collection - is my way back to that knowing. A reminder that curiosity, play, symbolism, and softness aren’t childish; they’re essential. They’re what keep us connected to ourselves and to what actually matters.

Citrine has long been known as a stone of light, joy, and optimism - a little sun you can carry with you.

It felt especially meaningful to build this collection around citrine and to launch it on the darkest day of the year: the winter solstice (which also happens to be my birthday).

A day that marks the rebirth of the sun, the return of light, and the quiet promise that brighter days are always ahead.

This collection is about hope - and about choosing to live by rules that actually fit us.

About putting more of what we want to see into the world: positivity, creativity, and softness.

The Underworshipped Club Design

The Underworshipped tee and long-sleeve were born from a simple but powerful idea: that so many of the things that sustain us - rest, intuition, softness, joy - are deeply undervalued.

This design is a gentle reclamation.

The tee features bold “Underworshipped Club” lettering on the front and an original abstract painting of a female form on the back, painted by Maria.

The artwork symbolizes the underworshipped state of female-presenting bodies and exists to inspire women to place themselves at the top of their own priority list - because they deserve reverence.

Made on a premium, thick fabric designed to last, it’s meant to feel like something you reach for again and again - a quiet statement worn close to you heart.

The Heritage Design

The Heritage sweater, long-sleeve and tote bag design is rooted in continuity - what we carry forward, and what we choose to redefine.

Featuring a delicate embroidered motif inspired by my great-grandmother’s tablecloth, this piece honours her as one of my muses and celebrates the wisdom of our foremothers.

It’s a reminder that we all stand on the shoulders of those who came before us,

guided by their creativity, strength, and quiet magic.

Inspired by the idea of inherited strength and personal legacy, this piece blends warmth, comfort, and intention.

It’s about honouring where we come from while allowing ourselves to evolve beyond expectations that no longer serve us.

Heavy, cozy, and thoughtfully made, it’s a piece meant to hold stories - yours included.

Stickers & Tote Bags - Everyday Magic

The stickers and tote bags are the most literal way to carry a little sun.

Small, tangible reminders of positivity.

A sticker on a laptop, a notebook, a mirror.

A tote that comes with you on errands, adventures, and ordinary days. These pieces are designed to weave intention into everyday life - little touchpoints of light, placed wherever you need them most.

A Brief History of Stones, Herbs & Intention in Rituals

Across cultures, people have used everyday materials to anchor their intentions:

  • Stones carried for stability, protection, or courage

  • Herbs chosen for their scent, symbolism, or calming properties

  • Written words or symbols tucked into clothing or small bundles

These objects acted as reminders - tactile cues that reinforced inner qualities like confidence, patience, or resilience.

The power wasn’t believed to come from the item itself, but from the meaning and consistency behind using it.

Carrying a pouch was a way to externalize an inner intention. It gave shape to something invisible, making it easier to return to throughout the day.

The Winter Solstice: Turning Toward Inner Light

The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year, but it also signals that the days will slowly begin to brighten again.

Historically, this was a time for rest, reflection, and conservation of energy. Candles were lit not to eliminate darkness, but to acknowledge it - and to gently counterbalance it.

When sunlight is limited, rituals help shift our attention inward. They offer structure, comfort, and a sense of agency during a season that can feel heavy or stagnant.

A Simple Confidence Pouch Ritual (Step by Step)

This is a grounded, low-effort ritual you can adapt using what you already have.

You’ll need:

  • A small pouch, cloth, or even a folded piece of fabric

  • One stone (any stone that feels steady or familiar)

  • One herb or plant element (dried herbs, a bay leaf, rosemary, cinnamon, or even tea)

  • A small piece of paper and pen

Steps:

  1. Write a single word or short phrase that reflects what you want to carry — for example: steady, capable, I trust myself.

  2. Hold each item briefly and connect it to that intention.

  3. Place everything into the pouch and tie or fold it closed.

  4. Take one slow breath and acknowledge the intention you’ve set.

  5. Carry the pouch in your bag, pocket, or keep it somewhere you’ll see it often.

This isn’t about creating constant confidence. It’s about having a reminder available when you need it.

Free, Everyday Rituals That Create Inner Warmth

Ritual doesn’t have to involve buying anything new. Many grounding practices are already accessible:

  • Listening to a song that helps you feel present

  • Taking a short walk and noticing something solid beneath your feet

  • Repeating a supportive phrase before starting your day

  • Lighting a candle at the same time each evening

  • Carrying a meaningful object from home

These small acts build consistency.

Over time, they help create a sense of inner stability — especially during seasons when external conditions feel less supportive.

Confidence as a Quiet Practice

Confidence doesn’t always look like boldness.

Often, it shows up as follow-through, self-trust, and the ability to move through the day with less resistance.

Winter invites a softer approach. Instead of pushing for constant brightness, it encourages us to tend to what’s already there.

The light doesn’t disappear in winter — it becomes internal.

And small, intentional rituals are one way of remembering how to access it.

As always - Good luck out there

And thank you for being part of this journey
